I. Booking and Reservation Policy:

Reservation Process:
- Online Bookings: Our pricing and date availability link assist you to select dates and times, choosing hall options, and potentially adding services online. May involve a provisional booking period. We must conduct physical hall tour for new customers before confirming any online bookings.
- In-Person/Storefront Bookings: We conduct physical hall tour and discuss event details with staff, viewing the facilities, and completing a booking form.
Provisional Bookings: A booking can be held provisionally without a deposit for 24hrs.
Confirmation of Booking: A booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and/or deposit lock-in payment.
Contract Requirements: All confirmed bookings require a signed contract outlining the terms and conditions. The contract will include dates, times, hall, services, fees, cancellation policy, rules and regulations.
Payment Schedule: Clearly outline the required payments, including:
- Deposit: The non-refundable (or partially refundable) amount due upon booking confirmation is indicated on contract.
- Final Payment: The due date for the remaining balance is typically 2 weeks before the event.
- Accepted Payment Methods: All accepted forms of payment are credit cards, debit cards, checks, online payment platforms.
Security Deposit (if applicable): Depending on the type of event, security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or excessive cleaning. Deposits are returned when all deficiencies have been cured.

II. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation by Customer:
- Notice Period: This is clearly indicated in the hall rental contract.
- might have specific cancellation fees depending on the timing and circumstances.
Cancellation by the Event Hall:
- Reasons for Cancellation: The event can be cancelled by our hall under the following circumstances: unforeseen facility issues, safety concerns, force majeure events. A request can be negotiated to reschedule for another event date with the customer.
Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled upto 90 days if the customer has a legitimate or medical emergency reasons to cancel the booking conrtract.

III. Usage and Conduct Policy (Hall Rules and Regulations):

Permitted Use: No illegal business are permitted in the hall.
Capacity Limits: Indicated in entrance or lobby area.
Setup and Breakdown: We provide setup and breakdown in our service package unless otherwise amended by customer.
Decorations: No nails or adhesives that damage walls are permitted; No open flames.
Alcohol Policy:There might be licensing requirements to serve alcohol, and customer is completely responsible and liable for any incidents and effect caused by serving alcohol.
Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted inside the building; Smoking is only permitted in designated areas only and customers must clean out those areas after their event..
Food and Beverage: Outside catering is allowed if caterer maintains insurance and customer is completely responsible for effects from food served by their caterers.
Conduct of Attendees: Customer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and adherence to facility rules.
Damage to Property: Client or customer is responsible for any damages to the facility caused by their guests or vendors.
Insurance Requirements: For certain types of events, we may require the client to provide event liability insurance.
Liability Waiver: Client acknowledges and accepts certain risks associated with using the facility specified on the rental contract.

IV. Website Terms of Use:

If you have a website, include terms of use that govern the use of your website content, intellectual property, and user conduct online. Customers consent to usage of event layout photos to promote our services online.

V. Accessibility Policy:

There are accommodations on the first-floor halls we provide for individuals with disabilities.
